Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every piece in this store is from the limited Magnetic World 2026 run and will not be reprinted, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

Please check the Size & Fit notes on each product before you order. Tees and hoodies fit true to size. Longsleeves run small, so size up one. If you're unsure, email us before you buy and we'll help you pick.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email support@magneticworldmf.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement if we have one in stock, or refund you in full, including shipping.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn't arrived, contact us at support@magneticworldmf.com and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
